Initial evaluation or Second Opinion:

During our 90-minute initial consultation, we take the time to deeply understand your unique circumstances, concerns, and goals, setting the foundation for personalized and effective mental health care.

Our comprehensive evaluation allows us to develop a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. We then follow up using 90 min, 60 min, or 30 min based on the patient’s need and the treatment plan.

Comprehensive follow-up ( Psychotherapy with/without medication management):

Our 60-minute follow-up sessions provide ample time for tailored service, ensuring a focused and effective approach to address your specific needs, especially when psychotherapy is involved.

You can have a free phone chat with Dr. Radwan. During this call, Dr. Radwan will assess your condition to see if both of you can benefit from working together. You can also ask any questions you have, and then you can schedule your first appointment if everything looks good.

Our Sliding Scale and Reduced Rate Programs are designed to ensure that high-quality, affirming mental health support is within reach for individuals who may face financial challenges. To get started, simply complete our Inquiry Form and indicate your interest in the Sliding Scale/Reduced Rate option. Our dedicated team will promptly review your information and confirm your eligibility, so you can receive the care you deserve. You can pay for treatment using any HSA or FSA account.

We don’t currently accept insurance like Medicare, Medicaid, or other commercial plans. However, we understand finances are important, so we’ll assist you in getting possible reimbursement through your insurance. We’ve teamed up with Reimbursify to offer our patients unlimited Out-Of-Network reimbursement claim submissions at no extra cost. This makes the reimbursement process simpler than the traditional method, saving you from the hassle of dealing with complex paperwork and follow-ups. Just click on the Reimbursify logo below with your superbill ready, and follow the instructions to start your claim submission. You’ll also need to download the Reimbursify app to input your insurance details and track your reimbursement progress. Also, You can pay for treatment using any HSA or FSA account.

We accept payment via Credit Card or Zelle.
Cancellation Policy: If you miss your therapy appointment without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged the full session fee. For scheduling follow-up appointments, please use your secure message system or email us at appointment@360psychiatry.org or call us (360) 492-4936.

Good Faith Estimate

  • You are entitled to receive a “good faith estimate” that outlines the expected cost of your medical care. Healthcare providers are required by law to provide this estimate for medical items and services to patients who are uninsured or not using insurance.
  • This estimate should include the total anticipated cost of non-emergency services or items, including related expenses such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure to obtain a written good faith estimate from your healthcare provider at least one business day before your service or item is delivered. You can also request this estimate before scheduling any service or item with any provider.
  • If you receive a bill that exceeds your good faith estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute it.
  • Keep a copy or photo of your good faith estimate for your records.
